Invest For a Fixed 12% Return
Looking to earn a steady 12% return while supporting real estate investments that strengthen local communities? I offer straightforward private promissory notes used to acquire and renovate residential properties. Notes carry a fixed 12% annualized return, a 6-month term, and a minimum investment of $25,000. How it works:
Schedule a One-on-One Call
We’ll discuss your investment goals, review the structure of the note, and walk through how funds are deployed into specific renovation projects. This call is designed to ensure clarity and alignment before moving forward.
Sign a Secured Promissory Note
If you proceed, we formalize the investment through a written promissory note with clearly defined terms: a 6-month maturity, 12% APY paid at maturity, and full return of principal and interest. Investors may elect to renew once at maturity, either by rolling accrued interest into the principal or reinvesting principal alone.
Each note is secured by a recorded mortgage on one or more project properties, typically in a second-lien position, providing collateral support in addition to the borrower’s obligation to repay.
Earn or Reinvest
Returns are generated through property acquisition, renovation, and value creation. At maturity, investors may receive their payout or choose to reinvest to continue compounding returns.
Funds are used to responsibly renovate homes, improve housing stock, and create pathways to homeownership for local families — aligning competitive returns with positive community impact. Use the calculator below to explore potential outcomes with or without reinvestment.
